Faster Horses Country Festival at MIS - COMPLETED - July 17-22
NWAB has been invited to work at the Faster Horses Concert at MIS in July for National Concession Company, due in large part to the efforts of our volunteers at the June race at MIS. This is a great compliment to all of you and a great opportunity for money to make it's way into the Northwest Athletics budget!!!
NWAB will get a premier tent location and make 10% of gross sales (selling food and alcohol to more than 25k attendees), and we are the ONLY group invited to help with setting up and tearing down all 28 concession tents for an additional $2,000. NWAB is paying 75% to workers!!
SETUP/TEARDOWN: Wednesday, Thursday and Monday
July 17, 18 and 22 (9am-4pm).
Involves unloading grills, tables, tents & setting them up for 28 concession stands for this huge country concert, then tearing them down after the event. (Several coaches have already signed up teams to come help out - a great day of lifting and team bonding! There is still room to sign up your team too!)
CONCESSIONS: Friday through Sunday
July 19, 20, and 21 (11am-12am or 4pm-12am).
